She enjoyed life to the fullest, with her crafts and collection of dishes;
Just the smile on her face, made you believe in wishes.
Make-up was never needed, her beauty was all her own,
She never met a stranger,with her you never felt alone.
She never tried to impress, she was just as she came,
She never needed the glamour or the fame.
She met her love at Dixie Drive Inn, her dreams had then been made
In 1959 they married, and their love did not fade.
She made country ruffled curtains, when not tending to her plants;
With some good music playing, She treated John to a dance.
Love is a special thing, with children she was blessed ,times four.
She loved us all equally, no one could have loved us more.
She was a happy person, who simply loved living life.
Now she is sadly missed ,a most wonderful mother and wife.
